I am filing a complaint against for services in er and my visit .I would not go there for any reason .I waited for 3Hours and was needing to be seen for emergency reason and others went before me that did not seem to be in major medical care and called primary doctor after I was in so much pain I left she wanted me to return back to er cause they could help me with what needed to have and am going to another hospital instead .

this place is a joke. they do NOT wipe down chairs in the waiting room. they do NOT wipe down wheelchairs. I saw a covid patient, in the covid area move to a "regular" chair, charge his phone and the receptionist ask him to return back and not wipe down/sanitize his chair. I waited over 6 hrs in the waiting room and still haven't been seen.

Recommendedthanks for all of your help this week while I was there. Especially 3south, emergency department, cat scan and MRI staff. also, the cleaning staff and security.
This hospital is absolutely vile. They have completely botched the covid response. They treat their employees like absolute garbage. They will work you 40 hours a week, keep you part time so they dont have to give you benefits. IT TOOK THEM MONTHS TO EVEN CHECK TEMPS AT THE DOOR. We didnt have enough masks BEFORE covid. My boss was a racist, and homophobic, and his boss just let it happen. My boss didnt even own a cellphone to get a hold of him. please please just let this hospital die its a stain on this entire community.
Took my daughter in with a swollen face, yes we had to wait because they were busy, but it was out of there control, way for emergent things came that trumped us, but when we got in the back our nurse was super sweet, took her time with us and made us feel important, even though I’m sure she had other high priority patients to deal with! The wait didn’t both us, if it hadn’t been on a Saturday we wouldn’t have even went to the ER, would have done the correct channels and went to our doctor like you are suppose to do! The ER staff saved my husband's life!!
ER department today was a total JOKE. They were rude, inconsiderate of my needs or feelings. And could not WAIT to kick me out. I'm nearly fainting walking out of here and in severe pain but they just did not care. I had to get out of the room. That was their only concern. It is definitely the staff today because my last visit here was alot better. Should have gotten names.
They great always has interpreters ready 😇
