This place has what you need without the overcharge. This guy saved me tons of money. We usually dont leave reviews if I'm happy, but this guy deserves it. Been there forever. I buy from his without the fear of closing like all downtown stores.
I purchase a bed room set & living set for $1500 all together. They promise to have my order shipped Friday when I placed my order it was Tuesday. They gave several excuses as to why my furniture wouldn’t be delivered. i decided to purchase anything the man who sold me the furniture assured me that he would have it delivered by Friday in order to close the deal. PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!! THIS STORE IS A FRAUD!!!! THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! THE WORKERS DO NOT RESPECT THE CUSTOMERS AT ALL. Worst customer service ever. Their delivery set time is never the actual time, they keep you waiting all day for your furniture to arrive, never apologize for their extremely poor customer service, and to top it all off the furniture that they do deliver is ripped and damaged. After I let the Spanish manager "Willy" about the problem he says to call him tomorrow and then take another eternity for the delivery people to actually come and take the defected couch. Oh boy did we try to keep it local. We have a heart for Passaic and the merchants who do business there. This guy is not to be respected at all l!!!!! Too bad he scams innocent people. BUYER BE WARE!!!! LOOK AT HIS RETURN POLICY & BUSINESS PRACTICE S REAL CLOSE! WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Good customer relations & customer service is not on his agenda at all.. I was sceptical to purchase furniture from this store after reading the reviews but I would say my experience has been good. You have to look out for good quality when making the selection, after that, the price you can get is fabulous. Delivery and setup at home is fine as long as you do not expect white glove service. Overall I got good quality at a great price.
