Do not use Rob Hiseler for your real estate transaction. At the initial meeting Rob was charismatic. Following that meeting he would not answer phone messages, and, if he replied to emails, it would be one or two weeks later. He dragged out my real estate transaction far longer than it should have. I purchased my home in October and he finally sent me the closing paperwork in June the following year. I was assigned a lawyer to help me with my simple divorce, with a legal aid certificate as I'm a full-time student and single mom. Met with lawyer in early April. Needed my divorce filed on May 21. 4 days before the filing, and 5 minutes before the office closed for the Victoria Day long weekend, I got an email that my lawyer was leaving the firm and I'd need a new one.
