Absolutely terrible customer service. I called reaching out for THERAPY and spoke directly with the owner. When I asked that my insurance be looked into for how much it will cost me, he insisted very rudely that he knows exactly what will be covered, he's the owner and has been for 10 years...etc. How dare I even question his knowledge, basically. Then hung up on me! This place clearly doesn't care about people genuinely reaching out for, once again, THERAPY! Insane that you'll be met with rudeness, condescension, then hung ... read more
