I live at ************************************************************************. We have been having a water leak for the past 2-3 weeks which was reported the day it was noticed. I would not recommend Passadore Properties for any HOA services. I live and own a townhome at the ******* ****subdivision. About a year ago my subdivision switched from *** ******** **********, a large, well established company to Passadore properties, a local, one man property management company whose expertise is not in managing HOAs. Eddie P********, the one man show does not have the man power to successfully, efficiently, and professionally provide HOA services.
