We have had an active commercial listing with Mississippi South Realty since 2021. (Look on her listings to which one, it’s still listed.) The sign has not been replaced since I last checked. The salt air has oxidized the metal since the property listing is so old. Property needs a fresh set of eyes! Mississippi South Realty is not experienced with commercial real estate. This firm does not market aggressively enough, not on Loop Net, etc.
Where do I even start? Hannah Bates is the absolute most amazing realtor for a first time homebuyer, HANDS DOWN! She is so knowledgeable on everything you need to know throughout the entire process. She’s extremely patient, which is a great aspect if you are a first time home buyer and have one million questions. Her communication is TOP TIER!
