Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Was looking into a machine and got to even see them demo an iced capp for me to enjoy while shopping. Will definitely come back when ready to buy!
The customer service at Pasquini has taken a nosedive, and the owner is incredibly rude. Recently, an employee demanded that I pre-pay for a service call - a first in the 30 years I’ve been a customer. When I asked why, the employee curtly responded that it was a new policy and hung up on me. I reached out to the owner to express my disappointment, expecting the issue to be resolved given my long-standing loyalty, purchasing several high-end commercial espresso machines and paying for countless service calls. These guys are a joke. Don't waste your own time, and don't buy from them. Ordered a grinder 15 days ago. Paid invoice, and was told it's coming. Checked my order, it is the wrong color and wrong burrs. Call them a few times, eventually get a call back. I'm told that's all they had, so I make my peace with the color and I can pay another $200 to get the burrs I originally wanted (no big deal). Another week passes, no updates to the order. Unfortunately, I think I’m done buying from your company. And I’ve been buying from them for more than 14 years. I became a fan whilst serving on the USS Nimitz and we had a Livia 90 in the Wardroom. My Livia 90 has been to war zones with me, providing my Sailors with a wonderful espresso, and I still use it every morning.
