He is a great attorney! I was referred to this Philip by a good friend but read the review below first. it seemed crazy that someone could be a lawyer with a criminal record (11pages long!). I checked and he never even worked for the Phila DA's office. Obviously, the person who wrote the review was a person who Philip fought against in Court and they wanted to hurt his reputation.
