Disgusting behavior for a professional office I called Dr. Pasquale's office years ago, he was on call for my primary physician. I wouldn't go to him if he was the last doctor on earth. The front office was extremely rude they even hung up the phone on me. I called back and cursed them out. How dare they!

Great doctor, great staff! I find these other comments to be amusing. The staff at the office is hard-working and dedicated and Dr. Pasquale is an amazingly compassionate and intelligent doctor. It sounds like some of these people are chronic complainers who call the office frequently--ever think that maybe the doctor doesn't call you back for a reason? RAJ the office is rude and unprofessional we are waiting for days for a call back and an appt w/ specialist. understand waiting at the office but its the rude attitude and the "we will call you back " and never get the call -not on your results or next steps.... you can't voice a concern because they really get bothered. meanwhile my father is not feeling well Yes the Dr might be good once he gets in the room my dad likes him but you don't hear back and that is a huge problem at any age. the front group hurts the whole office THe front desk is very rude, don't pass along messages nor do they call the pharmacy when they say they will. waiting two days for the Dr to return our call. left voice mail, and message we were told we will get a call the DR was with someone. we called back in two hours the office was closed. My mother is in her late 70's and this is too much. time to find another office.

front desk rude the front desk is very rude. they treat you like they are doing you a favor and you have nothing else to do. they don't return calls in a timely fashion. when you call the line is busy. when you get a hold of them they have an attitude. once you get in to the Doctors they are fine. dealing with the front desk you want to put the visit off as long as possible. call another office!

Takes his time! In our rushed society there is something we must take our time with and that's our health. Dr. Pasquale always sits down with you and really talks to you about your health. I highly rcommend him.
