nasty office B***h rude rude rude rude. his head nurse/secretary is the worst human being in the world. she is nasty to the customers. she will not return phone calls nor will she answer the phone. L C As with other who have reviewed this doctor, the doctor (dr. Pasquale) is wonderful but the front office staff particularly the office manager is the nastiest human being I have ever encountered in my life! This woman should not be in the front lines of meeting patients. Her abrupt, rude and obnoxious personality would be better served in a job that does not require people skills. I believe that she is under the delusion that she is in fact a doctor and not a receptionist.
Stay away from this office I stumbled upon this site when I was looking for the office phone number, and most of the comments are correct. The office staff is the worst. They routinely do not answer the phone ( no message either) during normal hours, when you do get through, you are put on hold for great lengths of time, they are unable to file insurance forms correctly, office wait times are a minimum of an hour, and are the operational definition of rude. Wrong field of work for the Office Staff The adverse reviews related to the office staff are spot-on! I recently switched to this doctors office and saw dr. Raj (although dr. pasquale is my pcp). Dr. Raj was fine and empathetic to my pain while i was in his office. i am a firm beliver that a doctors professional staff reflects the doctors and the staff is not at all sympathetic or on top of their work, they didn't follow up for a MRI with my insurance or with me to let me know any status. Terrible service! The other reviews on here are accurate. The front office staff is extremely rude. Plan on waiting over an hour to see the doctor, despite being there on time (this has happened more than once!). Once you see the doctor, it is true, the doctors are very attentive and good. However, dealing with the staff and sitting for over an hour for your scheduled appointment is unacceptable. Will Never Go Back This was the first and the last time I ever will see Dr Raj. The front desk was shockingly rude to the point that I nearly walked out. Then I saw the Dr for a routine physical, he literally spent less than 5 minutes with me, had me pee in a cup. When I went to go back to my room there was another patient there and I was told my routine physical was over.
