I had a great experience at this office! It was easy to find, and the staff including Danielle were all incredibly kind and professional. Their customer service was excellent — I was taken in right away with zero wait time, and they started working on me immediately. Rudest front desk I've ever dealt with. Was hung up on several times as I was trying to explain i had an appointment. Very bizarre behavior
Please be sure to speak with the doctor about your options for post op care he is very compassionate to those who medicines don’t agree with. I was very scared of this process and he was comforting. The doctor does a great job of explaining everything to you especially if you are nervous before or after the procedure. He went above and beyond after I spoke to him directly to help me with the swelling and pain while understanding an opioid didn’t agree with me. I appreciate him and his compassion and solutions.
