Started in 2005 by a local Paso Robles couple that has lived in the community for over 30 years, Paso Robles Vacation Rentals® has essentially become the comprehensive central reservation system for the Paso Robles Wine Region. We specialize in local knowledge, customer service, and connecting guests with the perfect privately owned, or professionally managed vacation rental home. Our goal is to effectively serve both our community and those who choose Paso Robles as their vacation destination.

Unrealistic refund policies. Area was shut down December 6 due to the State of California regional shutdown but company refused a full refund.
Business response:
Mr. Graden was offered new dates extending well into 2021 with 100% transfer of funds from his original booking without penalty, and instead opted to cancel entirely and receive an 85% refund on his reservation. Our staff has worked incredibly hard throughout this entire crisis to accommodate guests and provide very fair options. In all cases, our options have been far more forgiving than the stated cancellation policy, which guests like Mr. Graden agree to at the time of booking.
RecommendedPaso Robles Vacation Rentals is a locally owned company that is an important part of the Paso Robles community. They are excellent at what they do! Our guests are SO important to us, and I trust PRVR to take care of all of their needs in a timely manner. As a home owner I can totally recommend PRVR. They did an excellent job managing and maintaining my property over the years. I never had problems with guests or damage to the property.
Despite the California government banning of all gatherings, the closing of wineries, restaurants and nonessential stores, Paso Robles Vacation Rentals seems to think it's okay to keep their rentals open for gatherings and penalize customers that need to cancel by keeping their $200 deposit. We had a great experience with PRVR. The house we rented was charming and perfect for our group. The communication was excellent, check in and check out was incredibly easy, and they were quick at responding to all emails. I would definitely recommend them.
My friend Denise is a neighbor to a Paso Robles Vacation Rental and it's been nothing but horrible experiences for her. PRVR is unable to maintain anything properly, most of all the bad behavior of their renters. Bad management is affecting the entire neighborhood and lives of those who actually own houses nearby. Get it together Paso Robles Vacation Rental, or you'll find yourself out of business quickly.
This agency is not consistent and struggles to maintain the properties in their care. My neighbor has a vacation rental managed by this group. There is trash all over our neighborhood because PRVR can’t manage to get the cans to the curb for pickup (which is a basic care necessity of rental management), and does not monitor loud, partying guests. If you sign up with this agency, I recommend you call them daily to make sure they are following up on your property’s care. Ridiculous.

Please don’t use this company. - Gardner came at 8 AM - Pool guy came in the middle of our pool day - Mold in the shower - Mold in the fridge ice maker - Fridge stopped working at one point - Over an inch of dust on ceiling fans. Requested to speak with manger upon return from vacation and was send an e-mail days later to “explain” the issues with the house. I had to pay a $275 cleaning fee on a house that was probably cleaner when I left it.
