Paso Robles Dental Care is always fast and friendly. I never have to wait to be seen, like I do at other doctors offices. This makes me so happy, especially as a busy mom. I showed up early to my appointment by about 20 minutes. Was brought back fairly quickly and was back on the road even before my appointment time! Very friendly office!
I went in with a problem to an existing crown. Got a tour, a gift, X-rays and a referral in about 20 minutes, on my first visit.
The Staff got me in the first day I called "in pain" set me up with Scott Marcum for a root canal who did a great job. Set me an appointment for the 22nd, called Dr Marcum to see if I could get on a "appointment cancelation list due to the discomfort of a dying root, hey asked is I can come in now, wow I'm on my way, win win!! I took my 4 year old son that has Autism in for his first check up. He was so nervous that he kept telling me that he didn't want pretty teeth. The staff made him feel comfortable. They were super polite when he and his younger sister were being loud in the waiting room. They took my son back and talked to him the whole time so he felt at ease.
