Dr. Pasin is the most thorough urologist I have ever been to. He is very much on the preventative side, not only there to get rid of kidney stones, but to prevent them from reoccurring. He is hands-down, the best one I've experienced in Orange County.
Dr. Pasin is a very caring doctor. He listens. He doesn't treat his patients like they're just a another profit source. I like the way he thinks. Unlike many other doctors, he doesn't jump to conclusions borne in dogma. He makes careful observations. He is very analytical, and tests all the possibilities. I have confidence in his diagnoses because he is knowledgeable and has a sound, logical approach.

Thanks to Dr Pasin I have had 5 years with undetectable PSA. He removed my cancerous Prostate followed by radiation due a positive margin. He is a very caring physician.
Man is a true genius and great at what he does. I was diagnosed with bladder tumor cancer by Dr. Pasin and I was scared to death of course. I am 68 years old and pretty healthy so this was a shock to me. I was a heavy smoker when I was young but quit 30 plus years ago, but as Neil Young says , the damage is already done. If you are an ex smoker, you need to expect some health surprises like this possibly in your future. He saved my life and is a superior surgeon. Don't wait, go in and get help.
I received word today that my PSA came in undetectable three months following my prostatectomy. I couldn't be happier with the results. The surgery went perfect and I had a lot less pain following surgery then I expected. Thank you Dr. Pasin. JB

Dr. Pasin shows a refreshing passion for remaining current on new and evolving procedures for treating Prostate cancer. He sympathetically explains your current situation as well as the various potential cures in an understandable manner. I continue to find him helpful if not sometime candid.
When I saw Dr. Pasin, I knew my prostate was enlarged from tests done by another urologist. He had the test results. Still, he wanted to do more unnecessary/painful tests that told him what we already knew. Then we did the I-PSS questions together where I scored a low moderate (11). When asked about living the rest of my life with my condition as it is, I said I could live with it. He said, “I want to do a procedure (TURP) on you.” Too anxious to do tests and life altering procedures. Beware!
