DO NOT MOVE HERE! I've been here for a year now, and there are multiple bad things to say. First of all, the only positive point in their favor was the price, which, after a year, with the renewal, went up a lot. First day I moved in, I noticed dead cockroaches on the floor. After a week, they were all over the house, so I filed a complain that was never listened to, and after a few complaints, the pest control came and didn't solve anything. *edit* toxic mold was found in my unit, management was ( and still is )very combative about the situation. Since August of 2024 I've been without an alternative living space given, without rent reimbursement, and the owners / management will not cooperate with my renters insurance. I now had to take them to court, where their immediate response was a countersuit. PEAK LIVING LLC is a horrid management company. Vandalism within the first month of moving in. I was here sometime ago I really loved living there but I took sick and was treated so poorly and things were handled so bad.
