These apts were really fast with getting me in, very straightforward process So thanks Ashleigh and Adria. Mike came by the same day as my inspection of the unit to fix things I mentioned. I genuinely appreciate all the effort so far.
Adria was very friendly and informative. She took the time to show me a few available apartments and gave information on nearby schools.
Well it’s my year anniversary at Paseo Del Prado… review is much different now! It gets one star only because of the one Maintenance Man that actually does anything here, Mr.Johnson! The leasing office changed staff and it started going down hill from there!! They started renting to anyone! The manager Adria is very very rude and looks down on the residents that live here, as if she is better than us. She can care less what happens here! DO NOT MOVE HERE! I've been here for a year now, and there are multiple bad things to say. First of all, the only positive point in their favor was the price, which, after a year, with the renewal, went up a lot. First day I moved in, I noticed dead cockroaches on the floor. After a week, they were all over the house, so I filed a complain that was never listened to, and after a few complaints, the pest control came and didn't solve anything.
