So I’ve been living at Paseo Del Prado a year and a few months now. When I first moved in it was Good. I really had no problems. It was quieter than most places I’ve stayed at. It nice to sit on my patio and have my morning coffee. It definitely looked like it could use some TLC. Move forward a year and a few months later and there are so many positive changes going on here . I am going on my third year at Paseo Del Prado and hope to stay here the rest of my life. The maintenance staff is super responsive to issues, the management team, especially Ashleigh, are so friendly and helpful. They have done much to improve the beauty of the complex since I've been here (trees, flowering bushes). They also offer FLEX which allows tenants to split their rent payment into two parts. I've lived here for close to 4 years it is the cheapest place to live and all of Henderson. Adria is very kind and very helpful she helped me during my stay here very professional awesome.. Ashleigh was very nice and friendly she is exemplary when it comes to treating people well.. I appreciate the staff here and the time I've spent here
