I met Ms. ROSA 2 weeks ago inquiring about one of her vacant apartments. She was very thorough, very friendly and very attentive to my needs as they grew over time. Gloria is a consummate professional and had one objective, to make me happy in one of her apartments. She suceeded by working hard and remembering my little pecadillos in communicating all throuout the process. I am a happy tenant and appreciate what GLORIA ROSA DID FOR ME AND MY FAMILY!! Just moved in and I am absolutely thrilled with it so far! The staff are extremely helpful and kind and the apartment was in excellent condition when I moved on, even stocked with some brand new appliances! Truly a great place to live if you are on a tight budget 🤘
Muy mala experiencia la verdad. Mi mamá fue hoy para preguntar cómo se aplica y las manager Gloria y Adri acusaron a mi mamá de estar grabando y la amenazaron con llamar a la policía sin razón. mi mamá se asustó muchísimo dice que Gloria parecía que había consumido alguna sustancia porque se cubría su rostro con una bolsa y que gritaba que no la grabará. Mi pregunta que tiene que ver si alguien graba en un lugar que tiene cámara? Y cómo llamar a la policía si mi mamá no es delincuente, ni ofendió ni atacó a nadie, solo quiso... read more
