My boyfriend and I have loved living here at Paseo. There are only 24 units & each apartment is different inside and are bursting with beautiful architecture details. Walking out our door to the courtyard seriously brightens my day every single day. I had contacted the complex to inquire about a one bedroom apartment and was told one would be available January 25th for leasing. In addition, I was told I could come see the apartment the second it was clean and available for viewing. Thinking I had received an email about my appointment to come view the apartment, I receive a message that it was leased and no longer available. I have been a tenant at Paseo for over six years and have nothing but good things to say about my time there. To begin with I loved that I was within walking distance to so much - many amazing restaurants, bars and clubs, with more seeming to open every month. I also loved the apartment: large bathrooms and closets, amazing kitchen with a convection oven, high end refrigerator, granite counter tops and painted cabinets.
