This is where I get my hair done since I have been in El paso. It has been more than 3 years now. 5 stars? Yes, nobody is perfect, but this lady is great; in character, communication, and in customer service. She relates like she is a long time friend. She is polite, pleasant, prompt, and friendly. Though my hair is tender, yet I have not for once experienced any pain during or after doing my hair. I have introduced many of my colleagues in the military to her, and they all have good things to say about her.

I missed this salon when I went on deployment. They are good in what they do. The braiders at the salon are different in many positive ways from other braiders around. No noise, no disrespect. They have great listening and speaking skills. They did not eat not talk on the phone while doing my hair as the practice of many braiders. The salon is also neatly arranged. The neighborhood is beautiful too. Great job!

One of the best, if not the best, salon in el paso. My experience was amazing from the time of booking my appointment to the time they finished my twist. Folu, speaks with understanding and she is nice. It took her only 5 hours to finish my twist (Senegalese). She is professional in her attitude and also in the way her salon is set up. My twist looked great and lasted a couple of months before I took it off. I will soon be returning for an individual braid. I recommend them.

This lady did my wife's hair at the funeral home without collecting a dime! When my wife passed a couple of months ago, I called all the braiding salons I saw online for them to do my her hair for her because she loved braiding her hair while alive. None was ready to do it. I then called my niece who told me about this lady. She said my wife was her customer. I gave her a call, it was a shock for her to hear about my wife passing. If there are more stars, I would have given more. This lady is superfast! She did my micro in 5 hours! I could not believe it. Her customer service is great, she speaks with good understanding of her job and sounds persuasive. I felt no pain during and after she was done doing my hair. Her salon in well organized, neat, and beautiful. It is different from a salon on Hondo pass that I earlier visited.

This is the best braiding salon I have seen in a while. If a couple of people that have given negative review about this salon would be sincere and objective they would know that they are not telling the truth. I was referred to this salon by a colleague of mine at work. They did a great job for me. The owner is nice and communicates well with her customers. She did not pull my hair. She listens to her customer. The salon is beautiful and neatly set up. Don't take my word for it, just visit them.

I say this in all honesty and sincerity. First, Paseo braiding did do a good job on my braids. My hair looks nice. However, I agree with a previously stated review that questions why all of the reviews (except the critical ones) give 5 stars. No business is perfect and ALL businesses receive complaints and criticism. The owner is unbelievably fast and efficient. They don't keep you waiting unnecessarily. If you want lasting braids with no migraine afterwards I suggest this is where you want to go.

In a city where it is rare to find a good braider, this woman and her staff are GREAT! They have great attitude. Each time I go there, they treat me with respect and courteously engage me in good conversation. They professionally listen to you and gently address your concern if any.
