These guys have the most horrible customer service. I have to call them up multiple times a year for service, which is fine but I should not have to pull teeth to get a service appointment. Ronald Watson (Service Manager) doesn't return phone calls. I have asked the Sales team multiple times over the last 3 months for a quote TO SPEND MONEY WITH THESE GUYS and they don't return my calls. Not a good look, Pasek. Would not recommend.
Wonderful experience with Arthur and Paul, having my lock cores and keys replaced following a key theft. They were able to come out the same day I called them, and were professional and courteous. Very thankful for their fast work!
Fast and very helpful. Learning from the older generation really helps me in my everyday work. Thanks Pasek
