Carole Absolutely horrible experience with this institution. I was treated as if I was a total charity case and was actually referred to as a charity case. I went in for a free glaucoma's examination and the staff member who set me up in the exam room didn't realize this. She was loudly reprimanded in the hallway outside my exam room by Dr. Paey and the Dr's exact words "I am not going to examine her this is a charity case from Hernando County. It's a wham, bam, thank you mame and get her out of here. You are going to have t... read more

I thought I was losing my eye sight. When I went to Frederick Hauber I had such pain in my eyes. He did dozens of tests and finally found out what was wrong with my eyes. He gave me samples of 2 kinds of drops, with repeat prescriptions. I went back 3 times the first week, and then weekly thereafter, until my eye sight was back to normal. I highly recommend their dedicated service to our community. PROS: Diagnosed the problem and corrected it. CONS: None.

Excellent Care I can not say enough about the incredible care that I recently received from Pasco Eye Institute. My family kept telling me to go and be checked for cataracts. I was very nervous and afraid when I walked into the office. The technician, Jessica put me at ease immediately. She was very patient and understanding with my concerns. Dr. Hu was awesome. I am very happy to say that all went well and I no longer have to wear glasses to read the paper. I only wish that I would have gone sooner.
