Be more transparent in your pricing. Adding 20percent tips to services without notifying us in advance is wrong. Actually illegal. Kinda presumptuous too. Might want to open your reviews back up so the public can post because it’s currently locked

We tell our clients at time of booking that there is a 20% gratuity for all smoothing treatments. Sorry if there was any misunderstanding. We have had this policy for many years with treatments. Our reviews are up and public, Facebook has a new way for reviews. You have to click on the review section and click on if you recommend our salon YES or NO, and then it lets you add a review. Most businesses have this feature available.
The team at Pascal Pour Elle are fantastic. Amanda and David are the best and keep me coming back for the past 10 years. Service from the front desk team is above reproach- a special shout out to Sara for all of her efforts to work my schedule into my stylist’s. Thank you!

Trish is an amazing colorist. She does an awesome job and takes the time to listen and follow my lead. I have never gotten so many compliments about my hair color! The staff couldn't be nicer, including the reception desk and the shampoo crew. I always leave the salon loving my hair!
The best salon ever! Cannot say enough about Pascal and his talented team. Great colorists-Sophia and Maria (masterful), and incredible blowouts by Katie (superb). Wonderful front desk management with Lisa, Nick and Sarah who are warm and great to work with. I have been a very happy Pascal Pour Elle client for 22 years at three locations and consistently receive compliments on their great work...I highly recommend.
