I was assigned to this Dr by the disability department. I had a lovely experience, EVERYONE was polite, talkative, friendly and professional at all times. I was made to feel comfortable and as if my health was important to them. I received a very thorough physical exam as well as medical history. I was NOT made to wait an inordinate amount of time nor was I mistreated at all.
Dr. Bordy is the most caring doctor I have ever had. I do not mind the times that I have to wait to see him, because I understand why. He spends time listening & explaining things to his patients. The visit in the examine room may seem short at times, but he is still working for you. I have seen him studying, reviewing, and adding notes to patient files. I honestly do not know where I would be without his help. He is a good doctor and good person.
First of all the staff could be much friendlier! They were rude when we called for directions and they werent any better when i was told i could not attend my husbands appt. He has alot if issues and ive NEVER been told to remain in the waiting room!! Also the waiting room was freezing!! Not a pleasant experience at all. This appt was made for us..glad we didnt have to pay for this! Hope we dont have to come back!
These people are horrible and uncaring. It was not our choice to come here (appointment location, day, and time set up by department of health). We were made to wait 1/2 hours past our appointment time as all other patients that came in after us (evenice past our appointment time) were seen first. We explained the patient has severy anxiety/agoraphobia issues that was making the exssessive wait difficult and they didn't care. When they finally took him back, they would let his support person go

I just spent two hours waiting to see dr. Bordy and he gave me approximately 60 seconds of this time. His assistant told me I have a heart murmur and I never got a chance to find out what a heart murmur is.
Dr Bordy was courteous and professional. I first saw him as a walk in and waited 2.5 hours to see him. I expected to wait my turn. BUT the second time I saw him I had an appointment and still waited 2 hours while he took DOT physicals that came behind me with no appointment. I would not recommend Dr Bordy for your primary care physician
Competent, friendly and very precise. I could recommend anybody to visit Dr. Bordy's doctors office.
Prompt service. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
