This office is ridiculous. The front desk receptionist is so rude. They will do everything not to see you. Send you to the specialist or the ER for a simple problem that a competent and caring PCP would take care of.
Family members should be allowed as they give a lot of good information to the doctor. Also they are a great support system to the patient. This Dr did not want my spouse in the appt. For many patients, this is a MUST. That says a lot about that dr. IT's okay though, lots of dr.'s elsewhere DO allow family members. Moving right along.
Worst place I have been to. Long wait times, uncaring doctor. Could not explain to me what I was asking him, just dismissed me.
I've been here a few times, all times were scheduled appts that I proceeded to wait more than an hour for, today's appt took 2 hours before I got into a room. 20 more mins and counting waiting to see the nurse. These people do not respect what little of your time you have on a Saturday to see them for something they require you to come in for. Will be finding another Dr.
I went in for severe back pain, stated up front I don't want drugs. Practitioner came in and without asking me a single question said "here is a prescription for steroids". No x ray, no MRI. No tests. No feeling around, no history, nothing... I am still appalled. My pain has been going on for 20 years. I just want to know why.. I have signs of kidney disease. Awful, I have been there three times and every time I had to wait at least an hour to see the Dr. and the last two times I had to meet with the nurse and she is useless. She doesn't have any answers to your questions and has to check with the Dr. What a waste of time!!! I have better things to do than wait an hour for the Dr.
Great doctor and staff
Dr Bordy is an excellent family doctor, who my family is very pleased with. He takes very good care of us. He has chosen an excellent staff as well.
This was for a Social Security Disability Evaluation visit. I came 20 miles away and waited 45 minutes and months for this appointment. I always have my husband of 11 years with my at all doctor appointments. I was told he could not come back because it is his policy only have the patient alone. I said that I always have my husband with me. She went back and checked with the dr. She came back and said the doctor will not see me and I have to go to another doctor. This is wrong on so many levels. What is he afraid of?
