Disorganized. Lost the medical form that they told me to pick up. Front staff was lost.
I have received excellent, compassionate care from my doctors at Pascack Valley Medical Group. Their staff is top-notch, and I have never felt rushed during an appointment. They are very patient with my questions, and they take their time explaining their answers. My Dr.s are great!
