I love Dr Flanzman and when I see her in person, I am very reassured, she is a great doctor! but her office is very difficult. Hard to get through their telephone menu which is very limited, hard to get to a real person, hard to get anyone to call me back, hard to get an appointment even if it is somewhat urgent.
Dr. Gokhale is absolutely wonderful! He is very knowledgeable and kind! He listens carefully and truly cares about your health! He never rushes you!
Very disappointing...waited 2 mionths. ( yes 2 months) for Dr. gupta togive me my first B-12 shot only to find uot they don't give B-12 shots in Emerson - only in Ridgewood! That would;ve been nice to know! So many mixups over the years with My Chart...thinking maybe it's time for a change.......
