Everyone at PPA is very professional, but due to the work atmosphere that Drs. Charles and Morishita have inculcated, they are also very personable and charming, too. Considering the circumstances that people are in when visiting most dental offices, this is highly comforting. And, for a first day back from their quarantine-imposed closing? They were top notch and so well prepared for whatever questions came up. Kudos to all of you!
Extremely rude and thinks he is "all mighty". Would never recommend someone like that for anyone to see.
I was recommended by my dentist for tooth extraction and permanent tooth implant. I first met with Janice who went over the procedures and cost plan. During all my visits with Dr. Morishita he was very caring that did not experience any pain or discomfort. His assistants and staff were always friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend Dr. Morishita for any dental procedures. He very caring and professional.
Dr Charles and his staff are the best of the best!! Professional, caring and highly regarded by other dentists who not only refer to Dr Charles, but go to him when they have a need.
Amazing staff, exceptional service! Love my implant and would come back again, but hopefully not! I do come back for teeth cleaning and the service is impeccable. Seriously the best dental group I have ever been to!
