Excellent experience. The person that took the xrays, did the cleaning and assisted the dentist was outstanding. She was pleasant, gentle, and skillful. She explained all the tasks and checked frequently my tolerance to the procedure. She was very welcoming and had a pleasant smile on her face, making this visit a wonderful experience. The office personnel were nice to deal with.
I started off on the wrong foot here, there was a misunderstanding with a staff member. But, I cannot convey how important it was to them to make it right! There is a good team here, all working together towards one goal, and that is, to provide excellent service. Dr. Altima Karimyan is young, but wise beyond her years! This dental group has excellent customer service skills . Starting with Edvin in the front desk is very accommodating and professional at all times. Mia is just so sweet . Linet and Kanita are excellent nurses . And Dr. Karimyan caring commpasionate and has excellent dental skills . I would refer all my family and friends .
Nice and lovely environment. Specially Dr Karimian.,she is the best. I love t the way she talks and treat the patient.
