Customer service is alive and well at Pasadena eye care! I took my son with autism too and they were more than helpful, they were kind and just a great place to have an eye examine and get new glasses!

RecommendedSimply Outstanding!! The eye exam was comprehensive and thorough. Dr. Swartz was patient, understanding and willing to explain any questions or concerns that you may have. Martin was a fantastic person to deal with. The entire office is warm & welcoming. Best eye care in Pasadena and my glasses did not run $850. I have FEP Blue Vision and my total cost for glasses, progressive, varilux, poly bicarbonate lenses, transition, UV & scratch resistance, along with the frames was $150 total.
Recommendedboth gentlemen I worked with and the woman at the front desk were 100% fabulous! I cant say enough good about my experience. I never go for glasses alone. this time I did, but I wasnt alone he pulled out probably 50 pair of glasses for me to try on even tho i chose the FIRST pair, he was very helpful and encouraging the whole way!!
