A very friendly staff. The young lady greeted me nicely getting me checked in. Didn't have to wait after doing my sign paperwork to understand me better. They seem to care about your eyes n welfare. and I was treated like I mattered. Martin n Dr Chef were very professional. I asked many questions n was highly respected. I felt important n respected. Martin gave me all my option to secure the best possible fit for my new glasses.

Excellent customer service I love the home town feel!!! Martin and his staff went above and beyond to meet all of my family needs. The staff was very patient and never felt rushed or that I was a number. Pasadena Eyecare is definitely worth recommending to all your friends and family.
My first visit earlier this week could not have been more pleasant! Martin and Arizona made me feel so much better about having to buy progressive lenses, LOL. I highly recommend that you go see them for all your eye care needs!!
