Back in Sept 17, I had to reschedule due to work emergency. Was told soon as I could get in was Oct. 8th for after 3pm apply. My Oct. 8th app was rescheduled without telling me to an earlier time. Ended up coming on the 13th of Oct. Back office staff and Dr. Are wonderful!!!
Everything went fine. Doctor positive + encouraging + soothing. On the second eye surgery, the IV port was hurting, it was painful. I am so glad, happy I was put to sleep so I would not feel the pain. Thank you. Everyone was nice.
All in all a pleasure to have Dr. Segal as my doctor. Patient, quick, yet efficient, very knowledgable. The staff, in office, always friendly. Been a patient many years and hope to continue as one for many more. Thanks to you all.
