We have been trying to get someone at this business to call us back for the past 10 months. They replaced the roof on a home we purchased, and we are just trying to get some information on the work they did. They have ignored numerous calls and voicemails from us and from our Realtor. If they are still in business, their customer service is subpar.
Friends house turned out horrible. Looks like a fly by night company did the work. Watch one guy fall from a ladder while checking out the work. I think he was definitely drunk. Would never hire these guys.
I wish I could write a review about work that was actually completed, but unfortunately, we didn’t get that far. I contacted the company Sunday night due to a leaking roof, which in my opinion is a big problem. They were very responsive and told me they would be out the next morning. Someone was at my door at 7:30 AM, which I presumed was the first appointment. He quickly diagnosed the problem and told me that it would be fixed the same day or the next. Some young guy wearing your company’s sweatshirt (and self admitted he works there), accosted me at Walmart to try to sell me his side hustle - some “e-commerce business adventure that brings in passive income”. Guy, if you are reading this take the hint that people wearing headphones/earbuds do not want to be bothered by anyone. What a shlub.
