RecommendedI am the store Administrator for Nordstrom Anchorage and we are having a huge store closing bash for our employees. We rented 75 stemless wineglasses, 75 stemless goblets, and 50 coffee cups for an outdoor wedding. When groomspeople stopped by to pick things up, they had to use a different credit card because what they had written down over the phone was incorrect, but other than that the rental and return process went very smoothly. For drinkware, cleaning fee is $10/box (25 items in each box) and they did not charge us a cleaning fee on the box of coffeecups we did not end up using. The two men in the store, very informative. They knew the store like the back of their hands and they went beyond to help you accomplish your checklist of items you need for your event. The only thing I wish is their website was more user friendly, like being able to see items in the warehouse. I like shopping online or at least selecting from choices I am able to see. I used the website and the links wouldn't open. But,overall, their service in house is awesome.
