HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE FOR YOUR EVENT!! Customer service is the worse I have ever experienced! The owner and her husband are so rude and have no proper business etiquette! I have to be honest, and have used them many times, and one of the times they FORGOT to bring my jumper for my party and when being called, they gave me the tun around and ended up bringing my jumper right when my event was about to start! Too expensive and rude service. With proof of lower prices elsewhere... they responded with a go there then, attitude. The man gave and showed no desire to work with the customer. Will never return again.
great deal on great pinatas – I got a great big pinata for a very good price. They had great customer service and I got my order in a timely manner. I would recommend party supply Mexico to all of my friends for there party needs.
Great customer service – I highly recommend Party Supply Mexico. I have been to numerous other party supplies, and I have not been helped as well as I have in Party Supply Mexico. They have amazing balloon decorations, so be sure to check those out. Their prices (on rentals, as well as merchandise) are very reasonable.
