very rude employees. they will not stand behind a piece of faulty equipment. they will not help you in any way form or fashion to make the situation right.all they want is your money.. Be honest with the customers. I rented an appliance Dolly at around 4:00 pm on Wednesday paying $15.00 I returned it the next day just before lunch and they charged me another $6.00 bucks. I asked what it was for and he said because I didn't return it by 08:00 am. I love this place...real friendly people an nice to talk to...I rented a tiller from them not long ago to till up my grandmothers garden an it broke down on me an I was sweating bullets cause I thought I messed it up...so I brought it back to them an the manager told me don't worry about it because it wasn't my fault..an he gave me another one an didn't charge me for the 5 hour usage fee...ive been renting from them for about 12 or 13 years an they never let me down...great company an good rental ratesan the owner is a prett... read more
