I have waited almost 3 months to write this review because I was hoping my anger would subside by now, but it has not. Party Plus ruined my rehearsal dinner timeline. Unfortunately, we experienced the worst possible customer service. We booked party plus for a $4,800 order for our outdoor wedding that included a large tent, tables, chairs, and a dancefloor. Our wedding tents for our reception were absolutely beautiful. We were able to have a full out wedding venue on private property to have our outdoor garden feel. The dance floor, chairs, tables, all were gorgeous. Without party plus, our wedding would not have been what it was. We had soooo many compliments on the venue. It was so unique. We rented tables, chairs and linens for our daughter’s wedding. Everything was ready on time and the linens looked great. Sally was helpful and effective. Cameron made sure his crew picked up on time and even answered our call after hours

I had rented a 40x40 tension tent for my wedding reception and needless to say, it was a success. The The only issue that came up was that I had asked to have sides that had "windows" in it, but when it came to them putting the tent up, they put up sides that didn't have windows in it. I had called and they were friendly about it and confirmed it was a mistake on their end and gave a full refund for the sides I rented. Everything else was seamless and I had no issues with.

Party Plus was awesome to work with. Sally and the set- up crew were all very kind. They accommodated last-minute additions to our order and were patient and communicative. Also, the furniture was gorgeous and helped us create a classy and elegant garden party. We got farm tables and chairs, ice tables which were awesome for keeping the food cold, and a tent that worked great for keeping our guests in the shade. Would not hesitate to order from them again!
