The staff at Party on Butler were very helpful and created the perfect woodland themed balloon arch for my DIL baby shower. Thanks everyone! I will definitely wiil use you in the future for other events
Party on Butler provided quick and thorough communication. We had some minor issues at delivery but they made it right! The balloons themselves were exactly as pictured and lasted the duration of the event.
Party on Butler did a great job with the balloons for my party. Instead of a balloon weight, they used a little water balloon with surrounded with a cluster of other little balloons. It looked soooo good. The garland around the 90 marquee was also top notch. So so nice. The team is super kind and very easy going. Whoever actually makes the balloon installations has a great eye, they were even better than I could have imagined. Much appreciated!
This business seems like a great concept, but their customer service leaves something to be desired. I tried calling on 11/8 in the morning due to a last minute need for a party because of a shipping delay. I could not reach them by phone and received a text letting me know I could text them for a faster response but they would give me a call back when they could. I sent a text and never received a reply back. I also never received a phone call back. I ended up going to another business to find what I needed.
Devon at Party on Butler was my hero in planning a special event for students. I not only had any idea what I wanted, but I reached out with very limited time and I wasn't necessarily the most responsive. Devon was patient with me and took a lot of care to make sure I understand options. Ultimately, we exceeded my expectations! They made everything easy.
