These ladies are very helpful! I went in to get a balloon for my wife and the woman was able to help me figure out what to get and make is beautiful. Very helpful even offered delivery.
I got the large "1" and "6" balloons for my daughters 16th birthday. I paid over $20 for them. I took them home immediately after buying them. When my daughter got home from school and took them outside to take pictures the "6" came right off the end that was tied and floated away. I called and explained the situation and that she didn't let go. It came untied. The employee was very rude and said I had to pay for a new one. Which I did. Another $11. Love the Party Maker Store at Sayebrook Parkway. The staff is always very helpful and so nice, especially Kristen! I'm definitely going back there. The prices are very reasonable as well, which makes the shopping all worthwhile!
Best party shop!! They have the best customer service and have been so helpful with me of course waiting last minute to do stuff!
