Do not purchase from this store. I purchased birthday items for my husbands surprise birthday which I had to cancel due to the fact his mother was having heart surgery. They do not give refunds. Only store credit. I know management can make exceptions. Every thing can be refunded. No, she did not go out of her way for a customer. Working retail, customers should come first. With this store, it is not the case.
Kudos to Party Maker! I recently planned a "noon" Year's balloon drop celebration. The store has an excellent variety of items for any occasion and are willing to send things from their other store if they are out of something you need. I have never had a company private message me on Christmas Eve when I sent a private message to them. Figured I'd get a reply after the holiday. Thanks to Laurie and Party Maker for all you do. Party Maker in SB is the BEST! I wanted some very hard to find items for a friend's retirement party and they had EVERYTHING I needed and then some! Thank you for helping make the party such a success!!
Party Maker is an awesome store, they go over and beyond with their Customer Service!
They were extremely friendly and beyond help full and did every thing they could to help me ask my date to prom the balloons were awesome and the service was better (p.s. Prom was a blast)
