Carol is an impressive lady When my brother in law got married, they used Party Designs by Carol for their wedding. Our family was truly impressed with the final product; the wedding was beautiful and Carol did a great job coordinating a very large family affair. The wedding totaled 250 people with 14 attendants, no small feat. The attention to detail was amazing and the level of fun everyone had was very high. Carol is an impressive lady.
