Very disappointing customer service experience. I had to deal with someone at customer service who seemed completely uninterested and unhelpful. The information provided was unclear, and I left confused about what needed to be done and what I was being charged for. On top of that, the attitude and lack of attentiveness made the experience even more frustrating. I expected much better customer service and clearer communication.
I visited the Lebovic location to buy a balloon. To be specific a number 8 balloon for my nieces 8th birthday party. First, the website said these balloons were $5 base price, yet when I arrived the price for one balloon was $16 and change. I was running out of time so I had to buy it, the total came to $19 and change. Almost $20 for a balloon? That's insane. There was one guy who helped me, I appreciated that.
