Staff were complaining about customers( ME) Are coming in way too late for balloons.. honestly that was the only time I could come Heather and it was 20 mins left till closing .. 😵💫 rude ..go blow balloons

Excellent place - had everything I needed for my nephew’s birthday party. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely come back here for my party needs.
Has a lot of things i like this place
Was here Friday evening to get a balloon arrangement. There was a new guy trying to blow up my balloons and arrange them (very slowly that's why I'm assuming he's new and training) but then the younger guy who was working cash and seems like everythig else, came over and helped him out. I swear balloon arranging is an art and he had it down! He was quick and they balloons looked great! The 4 starts is because one of the balloons had started deflating and falling the next day when I woke up, otherwise it would've been 5 stars... read more
