To the Owner, I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding my recent April 4th, 2026. This is now the second time a balloon I purchased from your store has flown away due to not being properly secured. Kalyna was so helpful when I went in to buy my fiance balloons for his 30th birthday. She had such good customer service and really treated me like she genuinely cared about assisting me.
