Assistant manager told me in front of other customers that having to re-inflate my balloons was very inconvenient to them... What?? Also admitted the hi-float they offer is false advertisement.
DO NOT COME HERE! Was disrespected by both assistant managers. I paid for 10 hi-float balloons, got 4 with hi-float tho none lasted even 8 hours. Was told they'd last 10-14 days. Refused refund...
Dont dare try on any hats or maskes, they'll come find you in 3 seconds and tell you to take it off.
