Every year i get my daughter birthday balloons ( being so close to xmas) Spent $60 on birthday balloons yesterday afternoon, balloons didn't even make it the night for my daughters birthday. No float, helium didn't even last 24 hrs. Don't waste your money there on balloons, they were slightly over priced to begin with, and then they didn't even last a day.
I’ve been here many times and never a problem. Today though, I went in at around 2ish to pick up a few things for the grandkids and went to the cash. The redheaded girl on cash was rude and snarky, not careful with my purchases while scanning, the works. When I was passed my items, she continued to be rude to the point of telling her to have a better attitude. I have never in my life felt the need to tell someone to check themselves like I did today. I was there last week. To get a few things for a wedding. The staff was amazing!! Super nice and went out of her way to help me figure a few things out. " how to decorate a car" . ( I've been there before to get balloon, etc in the past. The staff was amazing)
I didn't know there was time limit for shopping here. I was told that since I only had 5 items and I've been in there for 15 mins that I had to leave. The manager said my floor staff can't do their work because they're too busy having to watch you. Pretty damn rude I thought, I never gave them reason to have to 'watch me' I was looking for On sale items for my kids birthday. I simply left my items where they were and left the store. What a douche bag . 0 stars I couldn't post without marking at least one.
