Watch out for a very rude employee working here. She insults customers of all ages and treats people with unnecessary hostility. Today, about 20 minutes before 6 PM, my wife, kids, and I visited the store. One of my kids made the mistake of trying on a mask, and the employee barked at us: “Don’t wear the masks, there are signs there for that!” We honestly hadn’t noticed the signs, but as soon as I realized, I quickly told my kids to remove the masks. I had phoned the store Friday afternoon to ask if you had an Anniversary balloon and was told yes, I also asked, "what time were you open till?" I arrived at 740pm and was refused one helium balloon because your company policy is to shut off your helium at 735pm. I am a business owner and have been in retail for 35 years.
