Ordered a funko pop that was clearly suppose to be micheal myers even says in the listing horror halloween etc etc was absolutely stunned when we showed up and they tried to pull a fast one by trying to give us something different when it even says 2 of them in-stock on the website THERE ARE NO ASSORTED ONES cause they're in separate listings we demanded a refund out of all the times going there we never delt or had a money hungry unprofessional salesman try to pull this.. I've been in a couple of times now, to purchase items for different parties and I am super impressed with the staff. Every single person that works there is extremely helpful and super friendly. Very pleasing experience. It makes shopping for sometimes stressful events so much easier!
I went in to get a Halloween costume and wanted to use a gift card I had. This gift card was from me returning something a few years ago, and turns out they EXPIRE…. My money shouldn’t expire, and they couldn’t even look what amount I had on it. So let’s just say I will never be going back.
