Amazing customer service
This store is SUCH a rip off!!! Buyers beware in regards to how this company operates… I recently spent $100 on decorations and balloons only to learn the hard way that you still have to pay an EXTRA $3/balloon (even if they’re just regular latex balloons) for helium! It was a waste to buy a pkg of birthday balloons when we only ended up filling 5 with helium due to the added expenses stacking up, but to top everything off I woke up this morning to find all the balloons down on the floor because the ‘helium’ they charged to ... read more
