Daughter accidentally got the wrong balloon for birthday party. She was still in the store and they refused to exchange. There were foil numbers which are commonly ordered. They weren’t custom. I wasn’t quite understanding why they couldn’t swap out numbers. You could deflate and put back. They were going to charge her for another set of balloons. Weird.
