Items are very picked over since they are going out of business. Sad to see them go!
Just left this Party City in Athens was charged for a popper which was almost 11.00 but ended being almost 5.00 cause my daughter made it pop in the store. Let's just say I put my other items down at the register, paid it, and walked out. They can keep that popper. Walmart doesn't charge if there's a spill cause they don't want their customers leaving a whole buggy full of groceries behind, but also they want you to come back. Customer service sucks here. Friendly staff, and always well stocked. When I place an online order it is always ready on time.
The store evening manager, Allison, refused to give the required information needed to resolve financial issues customer service. This was very frustrating since I was in the store and ready to finish me errands. No resolve. Poor customer communication. Poor customer service.
