RecommendedI ordered a piece for a trunk or treat and had a question so I called them and left a voice mail. They immediately called back and I was very happy with the customer service. Delivery was quick. My item was as expected and the free pumpkin necklace was a fun surprise!

I recently placed an order with them that was either never delivered or stolen off my porch and the team at Windy City Novelties was so helpful to me in what was a pretty stressful moment. They opened up an investigation and quickly replaced the product in time for my daughter’s birthday party. I would 100% recommend them.
