If you believe that Black Lives Matter, then don’t support this establishment in any of its San Antonio locations.
They are racist! All the party city stores in San Antonio are owned and operated by racist people.
Biased practices poor service
Party City's manager, Jane, discriminates against black people and refuses to apologize because she's traumatized by an event that she initiated with a black family. Jane, welcome to the feelings of black/brown people who have endured people like YOU for years! 😡
Was targeted, harassed, and discriminated against by store employee Jane. She refused my family service and unjustly called the police. The police helped us and made Jane service us. The owner Don Lasseter refuses to discipline Jane and asked us to understand that she is fragile and traumatized by her own actions and bad judgement. All we asked for was an apology from Jane. She refused. — at Party City.
Need to invest in diversity and sensitivity training. No reason to run a business to only cater to a certain clientele.
How does an employee that called the police on people feel more traumatized than the people she actually called the police on. Jane been working there how many years, sure she refused service to plenty of people.
The customer service here is not good. I HV would not recommended buying from them at all.
