Horrible customer service today!!!! Staff have no idea what they’re doing. If my order isn’t correct when I pick up next weekend.. I wouldn’t be surprised. Get better staff or management in that store.
I had a balloon order fall through with another store at the last minute, and Party America came to the rescue. They rushed my order without hesitation, provided amazing customer service, and the quality was fantastic. I was so happy with the entire experience. Highly recommend!
