Such wonderful customer service! They communicate so well and made sure my order was perfect! It is impossible to find letter balloons and Party America is the place to get them! Thank you for your help!
Horrible customer service today!!!! Staff have no idea what they’re doing. If my order isn’t correct when I pick up next weekend.. I wouldn’t be surprised. Get better staff or management in that store.
I had a balloon order fall through with another store at the last minute, and Party America came to the rescue. They rushed my order without hesitation, provided amazing customer service, and the quality was fantastic. I was so happy with the entire experience. Highly recommend!
