Ordered a OEM Victory fuel pump assembly online on Sunday and received a package from Polaris warehouse on Wednesday, box label shows fuel pump, invoice in box shows fuel pump but contents was a small bearing. Freaking out, I called Parts pit stop and spoke to Kalie, sent her some pics. The very next day she had Polaris ship me the correct part overnight FedX. Now that's taking care of business and customers. Kudos to them..
Red alert. Other than the fact that they won’t guarantee they will send the correct part. Now they want to argue (with multiple emails) about why they are idiots. Do not use.
Cannot guarantee you will receive the exact part you order. They say "You should probably use someone else if you want the exact part you need". Wow. How absurd. Do not recommend.
Don't shop here you'll be wrongly accused of trying to scam them. I recently ordered over $1,800 in parts for my side by side. Then received call from their customer service stating since i shared the same last name as some guy that scammed them they were going to cancel my order. They even said it was the same parts. That's one wild coincidence to me. I may believe their story once i receive my money back in my account. You racial profiled me due to my last name. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves.
Called looking for older parts and still did not find them, but Austin was awesome to deal with and tried hard to help me!
