If only the three guys who were at the store with no customers had answered the phone I would not have wasted my time going there only to have three people try to convince me my part number was wrong and that the part number they had was accurate. Zero faith in those employees for accuracy.
I was in a bind and had run out of coolant. I had to get to class in the valley and nothing was open. The guys in the service shop topped me up and charged me nothing, even though they weren’t open for business yet. Thanks guys.
Answer the phone!!!!! I will go to NAPA. They charge more, I will pay extra for good customer service. NAPA always answers the phone.
