I went in Sunday the 22 ND., around 3:20 ,Jasmine, was very helpful, pleasant person to deal with, she knew her items, what. I was looking for. I want to add more to my review. I went back in on October 11 a Sunday, looking for a simple oil pan drain plug gasket on 1958 Studebaker, the two ladies working that day helped me both , Thank you !!!, a parts store around my house closes early on weekends too, so good job and thank you. I honestly don’t know what the qualifications are to work here, but based on my experience, the employees seem to have absolutely no interest in cars, the products they sell, or customer service. About a month ago, I came in specifically because of a deal for $40 synthetic oil with a free filter for my Altima. I went inside, found the oil myself, and brought it to the counter expecting to pay around $40 plus tax. The employee then told me the total would be around $54.
